notifications_active Reminder Settings
Nudges each subsidiary's own HR by email to come back and approve before the last Bulk Approve's "Upcoming until" window fully lapses — e.g. a 10-day window with a 2-day early warning reminds after 8 days. Before the first-ever Bulk Approve, there's no window to count down from, so this instead reminds every Monday if anything is still pending. Each entity (FTH/FNH/FSB) is reminded separately, at its own configured sender address from Settings → Entity Senders, listing only that entity's own pending approvals.
Only used for an entity with no active sender configured under Entity Senders — otherwise each entity's reminder goes to its own sender address instead.

Paste your Google Slides presentation URL or ID. Slides 1–3 are for Birthdays, slides 4–6 are for Anniversaries. Select which slide to use as the default for each.
Overrides which entity's SendGrid sender is used for every outgoing email, regardless of the employee's own company. Leave blank to send from each employee's actual company entity.
